About Us

The journey of Gopal Mittal & Associates started in the year1986, when it was set up by our managing partner Mr. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal in association of Mr. Gopal Aggarwal, to service clients in the field of audit and taxation. Later Mr. Praveen Agarwal joined the firm and contributed with his hard work and meticulous work style. Thereafter, another partner Mr. Ridhi Karan Aggarwal with his experience of Big four joined the firm and opened new practice vistas like international taxation and management consultancy. Latest joinee is Ms. Chandrika Aggarwal, young and energetic CA having experience of working with Big Four.

Ashok Kumar Aggarwal Managing Partner-[FCA, LLB]

One of the founder members and leading force behind taking the firm to greater heights. Qualified in the year 1986, he has a distinctive ability to build client relation. He has expertise in advisory services to startups. He is currently handling complex search assessment and appeal cases. He excels in compliances with regulatory authorities like SEBI, FMC, Stock Exchanges and RBI.

Gopal Agarwal Senior Partner-[FCA]

Qualified in 1986, he is a meticulous and hard working person. His in-depth knowledge of Banking industry and VAT compliances are an asset to the Firm. He is handling direct taxes, VAT and Service Tax matters apart from company law matters. He also handle legal representation and tax planning.

Praveen Agarwal Partner-[FCA]

Qualified in 1997, he is meticulous and posses great insight of company law matters. He is handling all the company law, transaction processing and tax compliance matters. His in-depth knowledge of Audit, taxation, FDI, VAT and Service tax are very useful for the Firm.

Ridhi Karan Aggarwal Partner-[FCA, DISA(ICAI),MBA, CFA]

Qualified in the year 1999 and an SRCC graduate. He is having experience of working with top management consultancy firms and Big Four Tax firms in the area of corporate taxation and management consultancy. He has indepth knowledge of direct & indirect taxation and FDI. He is actively involves in search matters and legal representations in ITAT and other appellate authorities. He is also a regular speaker at various forum and vesting faculty with management colleges and also writes articles for various journals.

Chandrika Aggarwal Partner-[ACA]

Qualified in 2008 and having experience of working with one of the Big Four tax firms and top MNCs. She is a young and energetic core team member, actively participating in managing the entire team working for the firm and also handling tax matters independently and assisting in preparation of briefs and submissions for cases handled by the Firm.
